MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

TD 3000 diverter valves find application in solar thermal systems in all situations where it is desired to divert the path of the fluid according to the instantaneous temperature possessed and thus provide regulation appropriate to the system's requirement. Available in 3 sizes (G ¾" G 1" , G 1 ¼").

The TD 3000 thermostatic diverter valve has no electrical/electronic devices, with great benefit of reliability and simplicity of plant installation. The one-piece thermostatic cartridge cover allows for quick and easy replacement of the thermostat.
Operating range: 5 - 100 ° C. Max operating pressure 10 bar.

The thermostatic sensor is immersed directly in the fluid; Depending on the set temperature value (settable temperature sets - standard version: 45 - 50 - 55 - 62 - 72 - 78 ° C), the valve diverts the fluid path (two alternative outlet ways available).On specific request, TD 3000 valves with settable temperature sets different from those of the standard version can be supplied. 

  • Valve Body: Brass UNI EN 12165:2011-CW617N-M
  • Thermostat holder cartridge: Die-cast aluminum AB 46100 Al Si 11 Cu 2
  • Spring: Steel AISI 302 EN 10204-3.1

Circuiti applicativi

INSTRUCTIONS

The valve can be mounted in any position. To make the circuits shown refer to the "Gate" see fig.2

Turn off the pump
Close the three-way ball valves
Completely unscrew the two screws of the TD 3000 cartridge cover
Using a Ch 10 wrench, turn the cover bringing the gate to the desired position 
Reassemble the 2 screws 
Open the three ball valves and reload the system if necessary 
The system is now ready for operation 
Turn the pump back on.

  • SOSTITUZIONE DEL TERMOSTATO

    1. Spegnere la pompa
    2. Chiudere le valvole tre vie a sfera
    3. Svitare completamente le due viti del coperchio cartucciaTM 3000
    4. Togliere il coperchio cartuccia TD 3000
    5. Montareil nuovo coperchio cartuccia con il termostato desiderato
    6. Avvitare le due viti
    7. Aprire le tre valvole a sfera e senecessario ricaricare l’impianto
    8. L’impianto è ora pronto al funzionamento
    9. Riaccendere la pompa.
